Should flexitime perform in our company
Flexitime is not fited to all kinds of companies. For example, it cannot perform in company for manufacture, because there is an assembly line in workplace. Employees should wait for others’ result to complete their task. But our company does not have problem like that. The purpose of our work is to create products by our skills. Everybody’s task is opposite independence. So flexitime may be fited in our company.
Flexitime is good for employees to relax work, improve work affect, and so on.
Relaxing work. Company should create a free and easy work environment. If the company wants to make employees release in the workplace, they should relax the employees’ heart (mind). It means employees have a relaxed heart to deal with hard work. How should the company do to create the environment? Maybe this is a good way to clear lifeless work time. (Maybe clear lifeless work time is a good way.) All of us do not like the repeat live. They want to have various kinds of live. Company can supply different work time. They can let employees to control the work time. Of cource, employees should work 8 hours.
Improving work affect. We know that workers cannot use each (every) second to work. If someone does not concentrate on his work in the whole morning, how much value can we see in that morning? But if the worker completes (done) his private matter in the morning, he will intent work in following 8 hours.
Generally speaking, flexitime is fited to our company. It can create a relax work environment to improve work affect.
