借了个盘重新装了操作系统

安装mssql２０００也装不上
安装vsstudio２００５也出错，倒霉什么垃圾盘 哦
iis也不能用，就是提示上面的错误
试了好多的方法了．都没用，．估计是真的系统问题，没办法再装
