获取文件大小，尤其是超过2G的大文件

有两种方法，

一种是用 ftello, 一种是用stat函数。

重要的是要加上 #define _FILE_OFFSET_BITS 64

 

但是这两个函数对块设备文件，计算的结果不一致。

字符设备好像是一样的。
