重建数据库之后，在启动的过程中出现了这个错误，密码文件它不认了。哎
重启数据库也无济于事，于是只好重建密码文件了。
首先，删除现在的密码文件，这个文件的位置上面的1991错误已经告诉你地址了。
SQL> host del d:/oracle/ora92/DATABASE/PWDjoseph.ORA
在删除密码文件之后，就要重建密码文件了。重设SYS账号的密码是sys
SQL> host orapwd file=d:/oracle/ora92/DATABASE/PWDjoseph.ORA password=sys entries=10;
这样就可以了。重启数据库，没有报错，可以打开了。
