在Windows上安装Oracle11gR2时，出错 File not found D:/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/bin/orandce11.dll.dbl orancds11r.dll.dbl

解决办法（任选其一）
1. 忽略这两个错误
2. 重命名注册表项 “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Gradient/DCE”，重新安装
3. 安装前删除DCE软件
