Hi Man:
It is the beginning of 2011. Everyone says that a year's plan starts with spring. But wait, I even did not have time to finish summary of last year. Is it right? or May be I was just too lazy to do this job.
What I have gain last year? Year, I have planed a lot, DB, Linux, Kernel, But.... I can not find something that really make me confident. Yes, nothing acchieved.
I have asked myself one hundred times: Could I be a team lead or manager? I once thought that I could have been a lead if I did not change my job. I never try to think what I lack if I want to be a lead.
Proactive
Reamber it, brother, to be proactive. It is the only thing you should improve this year.
So this year's plan: To be proactive.
