根据上面的错误消息可以看出，是安装微软拼音输入法2010时，没有写入注册表【/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/Image File Execution Options】的权限。
解决方法：
1、【开始】菜单，【运行】，输入【regedit】打开注册表编辑器。
2、找到上面的目录，右键，选择【权限】，添加EveryOne用户组，并将权限设为完全控制。
3、点击重试即可。
