It may caused by missing the "Include" directory or the file in this folder in the windows sdk directory. You can check the path "C:/Program Files/Microsoft SDKs/Windows/v6.0A" to make sure that whether you have the folder. If not, you may have deleted it or didn't install the vs 2008 fully. Then reinstall the tool completely will help you solve it.
