Due to my company's more and more strict Internet access policy, I can no longer access Live Spaces to log my minds and experiences timely when in office. This blog is to record some Excel knowledge studied several days ago.
When I worked with an Excel file from one colleague, I found that the background color of cells changed with the different values I entered, I realized these cells were conditional formatted.
Here is how to do it: click the cell you want to apply conditional formatting; select
Format menu, click
Conditional Formatting, notice, you cannot select this command from the right-click menu; configure the criteria and format you want.There are up to three conditions we can set.
By the way, to find out cells with conditional formatting, click
Edit->
Go To->
Special->
Conditional
Formats.
Hoh hoh, on the way to be an Excel expert.
