I think Business Process Integration is equal to Business Process Management. Lots of middleware vendor have such products support it. Such as Oracle fusion, weblogic platform,etc.

the visualization fo process maybe refers to the graph window that the middleware provides for desgin process/flow

the the real-time measurement of business process performance mabye refers to BAM(Bussiness Activiti Monitoring)
